Christine Williamson

As Chief Operating Officer of WJ Technologies, LLC (WiJiT), Christine works with aerospace and information technology government contractors and has consulted extensively on Deltek GCS Premier® and Costpoint® accounting packages.  She advises clients on financial and operational issues including general ledger chart-of-accounts, account reconciliation, monthly and year-end closings, financial statement reporting and maintenance, and federal and state taxes.

Christine has been outsourced to serve as an Interim Controller where she supervises and trains managers and staff.  She has maintained general ledgers for entities with numerous divisions, performed monthly budgeting and projections, and prepared internal consolidated financial statements.  On occasion, Christine has temporarily filled in for various accounting positions for the firm’s government contractor clients.

Christine is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She participates in firm management by supervising and training new staff, and writing articles for newsletters and mass mailing media.  Christine is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants.

Karen Louis top of page

Karen joined WJ Technologies, LLC (WiJiT), in 2008 and serves as Director of Professional Services.  She provides an extensive range of advisory services for Government contractors including FAR/CAS compliance, indirect cost rate structures, cost reporting, preparation and review of incurred cost submissions, and interfacing with DCAA auditors.  Karen specializes in the configuration, implementation and training of clients on the Deltek Costpoint®, GCS Premier® and Time Collection software, including the customization of processes and procedures for clients’ monthly accounting needs.

Karen’s prior experience includes holding a Senior Management position with Watkins, Meegan, Drury & Company, LLC (Watkins Meegan) in the Government Contracting and Technology Industry Group.  Watkins Meegan is a regional accounting firm specializing in Government Contracting.  Karen has assisted clients with the development and monitoring of budgets, analysis of monthly pool rates and job cost status.  Karen is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She has performed financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for various types of companies.  Karen is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and was voted a 2007 Super CPA by Virginia Business Magazine.

Susan Smith top of page

Susan brings 20 + years of experience in finance and accounting management roles, and has worked in both government contracting and commercial environments.  In her role as Senior Consultant with W J Technologies, LLC (WiJiT), Susan works with small and mid-sized government contractors implementing Deltek software solutions and assisting companies to achieve fully compliant accounting systems.

Susan’s experience also includes accounting policy creation and enforcement as well as internal control and compliance.  She has extensive experience in working with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) on supporting accounting positions and resolving compliance issues.

Susan is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with an MBA in Finance and is a CPA licensed in Virginia.

Karen Williams top of page

Karen joined the firm’s Hi Tech Government Contracting Group in 2008 with twenty seven years of government contracting experience.  She has expertise in accounting system implementations and conversions, manufacturing system requirements, indirect rate development, incurred cost submissions, FAR, CAS and DCAA requirements.  Karen also has experience in Not for Profit accounting. 

Prior to joining the firm, Karen was the Controller for a government contractor that designed and manufactured equipment for the U.S. Navy.  In this position, her responsibilities included day-to-day oversight of the accounting staff, the management of financial statement preparation and reporting.  She was also the primary point of contact for all DCAA inquiries, reviews, and audits, and she worked with consultants to implement processes, and conduct training programs.  Karen also directed the implementation of the Deltek GCS Material Management suite within the company.

Karen received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College and her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College.

Jason LeMaire top of page

As a consultant for WJ Technologies, LLC (WiJiT), Jason has over 6 years of experience with Deltek Time & Expense and payroll accounting for Costpoint® and GCS Premier®.  He specializes in implementing Deltek Time & Expense and integrating it with GCS Premier® for government contractors.

Jason has implemented Deltek Time & Expense for over 85 government contractors.  He has streamlined the setup process to minimize cost to the client while extracting the maximum use of functionality from the software.  He has also worked with several large companies assisting with various aspects of the payroll process from timesheet entry to payroll processing. Along with his extensive payroll knowledge, Jason is trained in the Deltek products Time & Expense, Costpoint®, GCS Premier® and Impromptu.  He has helped clients simplify their business processes, define their timesheet policies to maintain DCAA compliance, as well as train their employees, supervisors, and administrators on efficient use of Deltek products.

Ron Wexler top of page

Ron joined WJ Technologies, LLC (WiJiT) in 2009 and serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development.  With over 20 years experience selling ERP applications to the public and private sector, he brings extensive payroll, human resource and financial application knowledge to his clients.

Ron’s prior experience includes working with PeopleSoft, SAP, Ultimate Software and Best Software and as a partner in a local payroll service bureau.

As Customer Account Manager, Dana brings over 15 years of experience working as an advocate for Deltek customers.  A proven leader in managing customer services in the software and service industry, Dana has an exceptional ability to find win-win solutions for customers.  She is an expert in building relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.  Her leadership approach includes a unique ability to match customer needs with results-oriented strategies.  She has successfully facilitated a variety of customer service courses.  She also possesses a diverse background in sales, marketing, and events management.
